It's Hot and It's Only May

Can you believe the heat this week in Georgia? And it’s only the middle of May. If this is what our summer is going to look like, now is the time to make sure you have plenty of Fontis Water on hand.

Drinking plenty of water is also important for the little guys. Children’s bodies don’t have the same capacity an adult does for sweating, therefore they can overheat very quickly. Make sure your son or daughter is drinking plenty of water whether playing a sport or simply playing in the backyard. It is as important for them as it is to us adults to drink enough water each day.
