Customer Service - Our Number One Goal at Fontis

There are many choices for bottled water delivery in the metro Atlanta area. At Fontis, we pride ourselves in delivering the best mountain spring water, but we know it takes more than that to maintain our success. That is why on March 11, all Fontis employees attended a day of training.
The day began with a speaker from Ryder who reminded our route drivers the importance of safety. Our drivers love the sunny delivery days, but unfortunately this year we have also had to deal with snow and a great deal of rain in the past few weeks. The information they received was extremely useful in helping them to maintain safe driving records.
As the day continued our sales people were updated on new products, including Crystal Light on the Go, and our seven new flavors. Just in time for summer!
After the essentials were discussed, we shifted our focus to customer service. We heard from two excellent speakers. John Daily from “The Kindness Revolution,” taught us what it means to be the best in customer service and remember to pay it forward!
John Delves of Southeastern Training and Development then spoke about continually improving customer service, while at the same time increasing sales. Both speakers provided invaluable information.
This training day was just another means to show our dedication to our customers and let them know we are always looking for continued ways to be the best! Thanks to all those who helped make the day a true success!
