Fontis Community Garden

For years Jamie Carroll, CEO of Fontis Water, has had a dream to create a Fontis Community Garden. And although there are many details to be decided, a community garden is now in the works.
What is a community garden? This is a project that brings a community together to supply food to a chosen charity. A site is selected for the garden and then is maintained by school groups, organizations, companies, etc. There are literally a hundred different ways a garden can be created, and all of these options are being considered by Fontis.
“For this project to be successful we will need to have donations and commitments from many local organizations and companies,” said Carroll. Several groups have already offered possible land sites and supplies needed to take care of the land.
The entire garden is in the early stages, but because everyone at Fontis is excited about this future project, we wanted you to be the first to know! Stay tuned for further details as this dream becomes a reality.
