A Family Tradition

Fontis Water carries on a decades old tradition of delivering pure mountain spring water to customers throughout northern Georgia. Fontis Water was founded by the same family that founded Georgia Mountain Water.

Georgia Mountain Water had humble origins in 1981, when the Carroll’s started pumping water from a spring on their property in the North Georgia Mountains.

The venture grew throughout the 1990’s which led to new branches, including Cohutta Water, that took root in new cities around Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee.

Today some of those companies no longer exist, but one thing is for sure, the Carroll’s started a Family Tradition within the bottled water industry that carries on today with Fontis Water.

While some larger water companies may be disconnected from the needs of their customers, we CLEARLY value each and every one of ours. We guarantee we’ll go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied with our products and services.
